Following the tradition of classic Taiwanese tea houses, guests at Gong Fu hour are invited to choose from a list of three or four of Song’s most exclusive teas, paired with their own ceramic tea tray, handmade teapot, server, and cup from our collection. Brewing is self paced, and your experience can be as intro or extroverted as you make it. Bring a book, or simply loose yourself in contemplation over a pot of freshly brewed tea.
