Every Sunday from 1:00 - 4:00 pm the Pickle Ball Ministry meets in the Philadelphian Church Gym. Join us as we learn and play together, meet new friends, and experience a fun afternoon. A few of our neighbors are stopping by to "play", and we are getting to know them. So, if you cannot come, please keep this program in your prayers. Evangelism revisited! In the HEALTH CONSUMER REPORTS, "Enjoying the Health Benefits", "Pickleball is an effective workout, and like walking, you can adjust the intensity to your preferences......After six weeks of playing an hour of pickleball three times a week, older adults improved their cardiorespiratory fitness, cholesterol, and blood pressure, according to a study published in 2018 in the International Journal of Research in Exercise Physiology."
